Just wanted to know if any of you IYC members have ever received one of the surveys to fill out. They are suppose to send out I think 6?? surveys to members and ask them questions, then depending on what the majority answers... they change things like.... turn around days. (starting and stopping days) like sun-Thurs for mid week and sun-sun week long. It used to be Mon -Monday. Another question they had was something about the sheets, whether to supply them packaged instead of maids making the beds to save time and money on the maids, or not supply them at all, bring your own like rentals do. Some of the questions I wasn't even able to answer because it was about something I knew nothing of to begin with. Goes to show you the lack of communication they have with most of us members!! They say its random pick of members who get the surveys??? Lets hear from anyone who has had one or knows of somebody who did!
